Our Team
Kimberley is a communications and business management professional with 30 years of experience in non-profit, corporate and government organizations. She is particularly skilled in leading messaging, mission/vision/values and identity (naming) projects. Before founding her company, Kimberley led marketing and development for KABOOM, helped launch the marketing department for the Chicago Park District, and developed and managed PR programs for clients of Burrell Public Relations. She is a graduate of Northwestern University, a board member of the Publicity Club of Chicago and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Chicago Metropolitan Chapter. David is a writer and communications professional with journalism, corporate communications and public relations agency experience, culled from tenures with the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Public Schools, Illinois State Senate, Motorola, Weber Shandwick and the University of Chicago Medicine. With 30 years of success in public relations, corporate affairs, content development and community relations, David is a proven strategic communications adviser. He has handled executive communications for senior leaders in the medical, technology and legislative arenas. As the director of corporate and community communications for the University of Chicago Medicine, he was responsible for employee communications and messages about the medical center’s community benefit initiatives. A Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, David is past vice president of the boards of USA Gymnastics and Prevent Child Abuse America. He also is a hearing board member with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission, and a member of the Chicago Assembly. David is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
