Futura PR (our partner in Ljubljana) teamed up with distinguished Slovenian artist Zora Stančič to win a Gold Award at the 22nd Slovene Advertising Festival for the 2011 Annual Report of Slovene mobile operator Si.mobil.
Si.mobil wanted to upgrade its profile and corporate brand and position itself as a serious business operating an advanced and socially responsible enterprise. Distinguished Slovenian artist Zora Stančič created print artwork titled "Dekle s telefonom" (Girl with a Phone). The central element of the print, produced in a limited quantity of 300, is a QR code, which serves as the entry point into the annual report online.
Si.mobil additionally wanted to place more emphasis on communicating the annual report to its staff, as each employee contributed to Si.mobil's business results. Photos of all the company's employees were included in the QR code used to communicate the annual report and eight boards with the QR code were placed on each floor of Si.mobil's headquarters and separate call center.
An identical QR code with employees was also the cover of the issue of the internal magazine that covered the annual report.
The project also won a Grand Prix Award (best graphic image) from FEIEA, the federation of internal communications associations across Europe. Congratulations to Matjaž and the team.
