Other sessions, featuring a cast of world-class experts, covered the use of social analytics to capture insights for communication programs; social activation for community building and engagement; and the fusion of journalism and digital culture.
Friday's final panel session "Technology is our Friend" discussed the rapidly evolving platforms and tools of digital media.
IPREX Chair of Marketing, Rashada Whitehead, led a lively session on Saturday drawing together the themes of the meeting and championing a wide-ranging debate on applying this new knowledge to client work and agency development.
