Kathy drives the strategic planning for clients and is actively involved in client service and counseling. In 1990, she left her position as vice president of corporate communications and internal communications at Honeywell to found Tunheim. Prior to Honeywell, she served as assistant press secretary to Wendell Anderson during his terms as governor of Minnesota and U.S. Senator from Minnesota. Kathy is a Senior Advisor on economic and job growth for Minnesota’s Governor Mark Dayton.

Patrick Milan

Pat has broad experience across both the consumer and B2B categories. He serves as the agency’s chief creative officer. Pat is primarily responsible for redefining agency’s services to meet the needs of clients who are navigating complex change. Prior to Tunheim, he was a managing partner at Fallon Worldwide where he led teams that developed breakthrough work for clients including Starbucks, BMW, United Airlines, Lee Jeans, International Trucks and Nordstrom.
