Caroline has over 25 years hands-on experience in strategic counselling, media relations, consumer marketing, event and sponsorship management. She has led communications programmes for clients in diverse sectors such as consumer healthcare and pharma, consumer food and lifestyle, toys, motoring and business to business. She is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, Treasurer of the Public Relations Consultants Association and a member of the Best Practice Committee of IPREX.

Jim Walsh

Jim has vast experience of crisis communication, issues management, corporate communications, public affairs and media training. He is a lecturer on PR and a published author on Crisis Communications. He is a former President of IPREX, the Public Relations Consultants Association and the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, where he is a lifetime Fellow. Jim is also a member of the National Union of Journalists and the Guild of Agricultural Journalists.
