In 2011, Bosch celebrated its 125th anniversary and asked Eisbrenner PR to partner with them to develop strategy and execute anniversary celebration activities throughout North America. With 20,000 associates and 70 locations in North America, this could have been a daunting task.
Our team used its 25-year client relationship history and knowledge of Bosch to help identify a manageable strategy that would reach their goal – engaging with the highest number of Bosch associates as possible. In addition to planning and executing 10 major events occurring in eight states as well as Canada, we also developed materials such as press release templates; speaking remarks for various audiences; advertising, brochure, post card and billboard templates; event planning timelines and more for all facilities to use as a resource when planning their local activities.
At the end of the year, all associates received historical information and highlights, while nearly 12,450 Bosch associates and family members attended an anniversary celebration. Media coverage of the anniversary appeared in local, regional and industry publications (printed and online).
